YS6010 Reflective measurement
The Benchtop Grating Spectrophotometer YS6010 has powerful reflective measurement capabilities, a 7-inch TFT capacitive touch screen display, and a full light source configuration. It supports reflective d/8 and transmissive d/0 geometries (including or excluding UV) to meet a variety of application scenarios. Its high-resolution grating system enables color difference detection in industries such as plastics, food, coatings, and printing.
YS6010 Transmission measurement
The Benchtop Grating Spectrophotometer YS6010 not only supports transmission measurement of transparent materials, but also enables haze measurement, such as automotive windshields or plastic films. Its transmission measurement module complies with haze detection standards such as ASTM D1003, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement results, and is suitable for application scenarios with strict requirements on transparency and haze.
Features
This device features high-end hardware, including a 7-inch TFT color capacitive touchscreen display and a concave grating design. It is equipped with a dual 256-pixel array CMOS sensor and stable, long-life LED and UV LED light sources, offering reflective and transmissive spectrum measurements for precise Lab values, ideal for color formulation and accurate color transfer.
The device automatically identifies the measurement aperture and allows easy switching between four aperture sizes: φ25.4mm, 15mm, 8mm, and 4mm, with the option to customize apertures as needed. A built-in temperature sensor monitors and compensates for measurement temperature, ensuring enhanced measurement accuracy.
With a wavelength range of 360nm to 780nm and built-in 400nm or 460nm cut-off (only available in the xenon lamp edition), this device excels in professional UV measurement. An independent light source detector continuously monitors the light source condition for reliability. It supports multiple measurement modes, such as Quality Management Mode and Sample Mode, to meet diverse user needs.
Additional optional accessories include a reflection sample holder, transmission fixture, micro 4mm aperture transmission test component, and instrument inversion test component, expanding its applicability across various working conditions. The device offers a large data storage capacity for up to 20,000 test results and features built-in camera positioning, with more powerful extended functions available through PC software.
